Detailed Material Introduction
This product is fabricated with yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) as the matrix, co-doped with three active ions (Cr³⁺, Tm³⁺, Ho³⁺), and grown by the Czochralski method. Through efficient Cr→Tm→Ho energy transfer, it stably emits 2080-2130nm laser, which is strongly absorbed by water and human soft tissues, ensuring controllable thermal damage range. With high optical uniformity, low scattering loss, and no obvious bubbles or dislocations, the crystal operates stably at room temperature without deep cooling, meeting the miniaturization and high-reliability requirements of medical laser equipment, and serving as a high-quality core material for minimally invasive medical laser systems.
